Thanks to a generous donation,  Stockport Advanced Motorists (SAM) are in a position to help local drivers prepare for the IAM Roadsmart Advanced Driving Test at a substantial discount.

• Purchase an IAM Advanced Driver Course (costing £204)
• Join Stockport Advanced Motorists as an IAM Roadsmart Associate Member
• We will assist you to improve your driving skills, and advise you when we feel you are ready to take the Advanced Driving Test.
• After you have taken the test we will reimburse you so that the nett cost to you is just £90!
• This offer is available to drivers upto and including 35 years of age when they enrol.

Based in Stockport and the surrounding areas, we have been helping drivers to improve the standard of their driving for over forty years. 

We have IMI-Accredited Observers who will work with you to reach the Advanced Test standard, where our success rate for drivers taking the test is approximately 90%.  (IMI is the Institue of the Motor Industry).

Advanced drivers have the skills to be safer, more efficient road users as well as getting more enjoyment from their driving.

When you pass, you will be eligible for a quote from IAM RoadSmart's insurance provider, who reflect the skills learned in the quotes they give.  This could save you money on your insurance.
